Der Hinterreifen Schwalbe Eddy Current für Mountainbike, Enduro und All-Mountain zeichnet sich durch seine Super-Gravity-Konstruktion mit Addix Soft-Gummimischung aus. Eine anspruchsvolle Konstruktion, die Stabilität, Grip, Schutz und Langlebigkeit gewährleistet, damit der Reifen geschmeidig bleibt und das Fahrverhalten unter allen Bedingungen ruhig bleibt. Der Fahrradreifen besteht aus einer 4-lagigen Karkasse, die unter der Lauffläche angeordnet ist, um diese sowie die stark beanspruchten Seitenwände zu schützen. Für noch besseren Schutz gegen Durchstiche und Schnitte wird diese Karkasse mit einer SnakeSkin-Unterlage kombiniert, einem Gewebe, das von Wulst zu Wulst verläuft, ergänzt durch seitliche Verstärkungen aus Apex und Chafer.

Elektrischer Mountainbike-Reifen für Enduro und All-Mountain

Der Eddy Current Rear Reifen mit seiner großen Breite eignet sich besonders für All-Mountain-, Enduro-Disziplinen und E-MTB-Touren, bei denen häufig schwerere Bikes zum Einsatz kommen. Er bietet sowohl Antrieb und Traktion als auch maximale Bremswirkung und präzises Handling auf verschiedenen Streckentypen, von ruhigen bis stark beschädigten Wegen. Wie bei Motocross findet sich eine Lauffläche mit sowohl in der Mitte als auch an den Seiten. 

Zugelassen als E-Bike Ready 50, passt dieser Schwalbe-Reifen an ein elektrisch unterstütztes Geländerad, das bis zu 50 km/h fahren kann.

Hinterradreifen, Tubeless Easy-Montage von Schwalbe

Aus der Evolution Line stammend, ist der Schwalbe Eddy Current Hinterreifen in Super Gravity ein faltbarer Tubeless Easy MTB-Reifen. Er wird daher am Hinterrad montiert und mit Dichtmittel sowie einem MTB-Tubeless-Ventil eingesetzt. Er ist in drei sogenannten "Plus"-Größen mit relativ niedrigen Reifendrücken erhältlich: 

● Der Reifen 29 x 2,60 Zoll (1430 g) verträgt einen Druck zwischen 1,50 und 3,00 Bar (20 - 45 psi) und eine maximale Zuladung von 115 kg. 
● Der Reifen 27,5 x 2,80 Zoll wird auf 1,20 bis 2,60 Bar (17 - 38 psi) aufgepumpt und trägt bis zu 120 kg. Sein Gewicht beträgt 1470 g.

Zu beachten: Bei Bedarf lässt sich dieser Reifen notfalls auch mit einem passenden MTB-Schlauch montieren.

Passend zum Hinterreifen montieren Sie den zugehörigen Vorderreifen: den Schwalbe Eddy Current Front. Bei seiner vom Motocross inspirierten Modellreihe empfiehlt Schwalbe, einen schmaleren Vorderreifen als den Hinterreifen zu wählen, um beim Antritt mehr Traktion und besseren Vortrieb zu gewährleisten.

I wake up with my breath feeling fresh and my mouth not emulating the sahara desert. It took me a while to get use to these. I had to find a spot where it was comfortable and stayed put (for me thats right above the tooth right behind (the next one back from) the canine, pushed as far up into my gum/lip area as it can go. The size takes some getting used to also (they arent huge they just feel big once in you can still talk and go about your day as normal and no kne will notice it), however they do last all night. Once you get the hang out of they’re actually quite easy to use. I have tried both the mint (which is mild and pleasant no burning sensation and gives the freshest feeling in the morning) and the plain ones (works but being plain your mouth doesnt feel as fresh in the morning, these are great if you hate mint or worse have a mint allergy, personally I find this very thoughtful of the company) These 100% work. I dont even sleep with my mouth open (has been confirmed) and I would still wake up with the dryest of dry mouths, it gets so bad it’ll actually wake me sometimes. My mouth would hurt in the mornings because it would be so dry. Went in search of anything that could help and stumbled upon these tablets. Figured why not. So glad I did because now I put one of these in every night before bed and when I wake up my mouth isn't dry, these really do help keep your mouth salivating throughout the night. I use them during the day sometimes too. Xylitol is the only thing I've found that actually helps dry mouth. Which in turns helps your teeth stay healthy. (so win win in my book)

Works pretty well, not sure about 8 hours during the night, seems like 4-5 hrs max

I was having issues with dry mouth during the night as I use a CPAP. Besides checking over all the hardware and seals for my CPAP, and setting temperatures/humidity, there is only so much to control. My dry mouth was causing my cheeks and jaw to get severely dried out and would wake up with an unpleasant sticking due to the dryness. First night, I tried 1 of these on my upper molars, and it already was working wonders, but my mouth was still dry, but 80% better than the previous night without the XyliMelts. Next time I tried 2, one on each side of my lower molars, and it worked wonders! I still woke up with a little dry mouth, but it was such an improvement I will be using these every night going forward. Each XyliMelt is individually packaged, so you don't have to worry about freshness. They pop out of the foil easily, and you can set them into your gumline before they start to set. Once they set, they do stay put. Just follow the simple directions on the box and you won't have issues. I also really like that you can drink liquids after putting them in, if needed, as I often drink water before bed, or if I wake up in the middle of the night. The taste is excellent, a very, very light minty taste, enough to be good, but not overpowering and you will quickly forget about it, which is probably what you would want when using at night. The thickness of the melt itself is a little big, and I'll notice it in my mouth while falling asleep, but it isn't disruptive enough to distract you or wake you up. Overall, a super good product, although slightly expensive.I think part of that is due to a niche product, but also the packaging - which to be fair is nice, since it will keep each individual melt fresh and the breakout packs mean you can take some traveling easily without worrying about bottles etc. My only complaints in the end would be the price (I will look to buy bulk now that I know they work for me) and maybe the fact it won't last a full 7-8 hrs of sleep for me, but still highly recommended for dry mouth!
